Walmart has announced a recall of a popular baby product sold at its online store for a risk of serious injury or death.
According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Little Grape Land is recalling about 1,430 nursing pillows because they violate federal safety standards and present a suffocation hazard to infants. This can pose a risk of serious injury or death to infants.
The recalled U-shaped pillows fail to meet mandatory requirements for nursing pillows and infant support cushions because they can obstruct an infant’s breathing, according to CPSC.
