Ice cream lovers should check their shelves for potentially dangerous pints and quarts, as popular grocery store brand Straus Family Creamery has recalled several flavors due to the possible “presence of foreign metal material.”
Affected items hit the shelves on May 4, and are dated “best by” Dec. 23-30, 2026.
Flavors include Vanilla Bean (pint), Strawberry (pint and quart), Cookie Dough (pint), Dutch Chocolate (quart) and Mint Chip (pint).
