Sunco & Frenchie, based in Morris County, NJ is recalling Terrafina Golden Raisins due to a potential allergen that could be life-threatening for some consumers, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Routine testing of the product by food inspectors determined that there were sulfites present in the food but not in the packaging.
These raisins distributed in New York by distributor Smith Valley Foods in a ten ounce clear box packaging. The back of the affected products show “best if used by” August 2025, lot number GRA240602 and “best if used by” May 2025, lot number GDR240901. The UPC number is 847938001385.
