The New Jersey personal injury attorneys at Breslin and Breslin are saddened to hear this week that a 45-year-old North Bergen man was killed after a car crashed into a construction site on the Garden State Parkway where he was working. According to reports, a Ford Explorer traveling northbound on the Parkway crossed from the middle lane to the right lane where the construction site was assembled, crashing into workers, machinery and a parked vehicle. A second worker is being treated for moderate injuries at the Bayshore Community Hospital. As of this morning, the accident is still under investigation.
